The conference room at our Waxahachie location seats 35 people comfortably.
Simply scroll to the top of this page and select the type of event you’d like to hold at White Rhino Coffee + Kitchen. You will be directed to a page where you can tell us a bit about your event, the accommodations you’ll need, and any additional details you think we should know. After you submit your request, our Event Coordinator will reach out within 24 hours to follow up.
$85 for the first hour. Then, $50 for each additional hour.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required prior to the event to reserve the space.
We provide drip coffee and fruit-infused water for all of your guests. Our team will also assist with the setup and tear down of your event.
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food in our stores. We have a great catering menu available for your event though. Let’s sit down and see how we can build a menu that’s tailored to your event.
White Rhino Coffee does not allow alcohol on the premises. This is a company-wide policy designed to reinforce our values and reputation as a family-friendly establishment.
Our conference room comes equipped with media equipment and a TV to handle all your media needs during a meeting.
Currently, the conference room and outside patio space is available to rent. If you’d like to reserve another space, please reach out to our events coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss other options.

No merchandise other than White Rhino Coffee products may be sold in our stores. We do occasionally host fairs allowing vendors to sell products outside our storefronts. For more information regarding upcoming fairs, please email email@example.com.
Yes, but all animals must stay on the outdoor patio and are not allowed inside our store. (This includes you, Kevin.)
