Not completely satisfied with your order? We get it, some things just don’t fit right, or other items don’t quite match your style. Not a problem – we’ll take it back within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items damaged during transit must be reported within 7 days of arrival to qualify for a replacement. Returns can be completed with one of the methods below.

  1. Please return your items in their original packaging and shipping materials (if possible).
  2. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your order invoice.
  3. Return shipping is at your own expense.
  4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the credit card or debit card used in your original transaction.
  1. To return an item to a local White Rhino Coffee, please bring your items in their original packaging (if possible) to any of our stores.
  2. Return credit can take up to 48 hours from the time of your return.
  3. If you don’t have a receipt/order invoice, we can’t honor a refund in the form of a credit to a card or cash; we can offer you a store gift card redeemable at any of our stores.
