Not completely satisfied with your order? We get it, some things just don’t fit right, or other items don’t quite match your style. Not a problem – we’ll take it back within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items damaged during transit must be reported within 7 days of arrival to qualify for a replacement. Returns can be completed with one of the methods below.

- Please return your items in their original packaging and shipping materials (if possible).
- Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your order invoice.
- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the credit card or debit card used in your original transaction.
- To return an item to a local White Rhino Coffee, please bring your items in their original packaging (if possible) to any of our stores.
- Return credit can take up to 48 hours from the time of your return.
- If you don’t have a receipt/order invoice, we can’t honor a refund in the form of a credit to a card or cash; we can offer you a store gift card redeemable at any of our stores.
Unfortunately, some of our items are not eligible for returns. These items include:
